Scrunchie Insider Membership FAQ
Here's the fine print:
- Scrunchie Insider memberships run from August 1st 2019 to July 1st 2020.
- Insider Scrunchies will be shipped on the 1st of the month. Please allow 2-7 business days for your scrunchie to arrive.
- Insider Scrunchies will be sent via Canada Post Letter Mail. Tracking is NOT available. This shipping method is used to reduce the membership cost.
- By purchasing a Scrunchie Insider Membership you agree to the shipping terms above. Unfortunately replacement Insider scrunchies are not available if your package is lost. This is due the limited edition, handmade nature of the membership.
- In the rare instance your package is lost, you will be compensated with a replacement from our Retail Scrunchie collection.
- Despite our love of branded promotional materials, Insider scrunchies will be sent out in paper mailer envelopes with little/no additional packaging. This isn't a packaging oversight, this is very intentional to reduce the amount of waste being shipped out monthly.
- Insider memberships are non refundable and non transferable.
- Memberships may not be placed on hold or suspended.
- Purchasing as a gift? Enter your billing and shipping address at check out, and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the address you would like the Insider Scrunchies to be shipped to.
- Insider Card Keychains will be included in the August 1st 2019 shipment.
- The Insider Card Keychain must be presented at time of in store purchase to receive the discounts it carries.
- Insider Card Keychains may not be shared. We have a list of Insiders, We'll know;)
- If lost, Insider Card Keychain replacements are available for $5.00. Please contact us directly at email@example.com for replacements.
- Birthday scrunchies will be included in the monthly shipment that falls on your birthday month.
- Holiday scrunchies will be included in the December 2019 shipment.
